This film is a masterpiece. Every thing of The Concubine is outstanding. A movie with zero weak scenes, zero weak moments. The film gave me goosebumps. The Concubine has a reputation of one of the best films of all time. The direction is very sublime. Excellent pictures, tempo and scenes. The acting is really gorgeous, bringed to life characters that are rich in details and complex. Not many "excellent" movies that have ever been released.
