A really original film from 1988 year. A movie with zero weak scenes, zero weak moments. The storyline is carefully and smartly written, the characters development is very good written too. You do not need to like Comedy films to enjoy time spent on watching this film. I'am the biggest fan of It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World II and It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World II for me is his best production. Artistry of actors are just magnificent, no actor gave us a weak performance. It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World II will be forever living movie. No matter how many years passed and no matter how many times you saw it. Is It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World II the best film of all time? I would put it in my top 5 for sure.
