The Ballad of Josie is not your ordinary Hollywood crappy movie, it carries really deep message. The Ballad of Josie is a wonderful lesson in filmmaking for all aspiring directors. The acting was brilliant. There are so many memorable scenes and dialogues in the movie that have become legendary in our world. I'am the biggest fan of The Ballad of Josie and The Ballad of Josie for me is his best production. I liked the characters, all of them, even the antagonists were unforgettable, especially John Fiedler. Rly, this is the first film I saw that made me feel I saw something better than just a movie.
