The storyline is carefully and smartly written, the characters development is very good written too. There is no character in this movie that does not fit in. The movie with best storyline ever, best directing and really good chosen cast. Fanfan is one of those films where no sigle character gives a weak play. When a film makes all of its scenes so influential that you don't want to pick your favorites, you know it is just a great movie. This is a very memorable movie in every way. What happens in Fanfan

In this 2003 remake of the classic 1952 French film, Fanfan la Tulipe is a swashbuckling lover who is tricked into joining the army of King Louis XV by Adeline La Franchise, who tells Fanfan that by doing so, he will eventually marry one of the king's daughters.
