Variações: Guardian Angel is not your ordinary Hollywood crappy movie, it carries really deep message. It would be hard to find a movie made this good. Variações: Guardian Angel stands out above all other movies I've seen in my life. That tension created by characters draws the audience in from the start. Director once again delivered us great piece of art. The acting is really gorgeous, bringed to life characters that are rich in details and complex. I never liked Biography titles so it's fair to say i never thought I'd love Variações: Guardian Angel. Is Variações: Guardian Angel the best film of all time? I would put it in my top 5 for sure. António Variações was an extraordinary man. He was born in a small village in Amares, in northern Portugal. At a young age, dissatisfied with his life working in a local factory, arrived in Lisbon with some relatives. But he was different and want more. He wanted the world and wandered went to travel and to work as a hairdresser to see. But his love of music and the performance was so strong that he returned, he can sing in their own language, even if its appearance and costumes was a victim of prejudice.
