Originally, I did not like it that much, I found it rather very boring, until I watched it for the second time alone, without friends. A movie with zero weak scenes, zero weak moments. The movie is an extraordinary piece of the moviemaking top class. The Ghost of Yotsuya has it all, brilliant acting, nice performance and well written plot. I'am the biggest fan of The Ghost of Yotsuya and The Ghost of Yotsuya for me is his best production. It is proof of that - a movie to be very good need spectacular special effects. - just made of great acting. I never liked Horror titles so it's fair to say i never thought I'd love The Ghost of Yotsuya. From the start to the end I was impressed, and if you like well done movies I'm sure you'll feel same.
