Brubaker - one of the best films ever, an absolute masterpiece. It would be hard to find a movie made this good. The storyline is carefully and smartly written, the characters development is very good written too. It is a sensational, tense movie from start to finish. Director made a lot of good work with brilliant writing and amazing cinematography. All of the actors were worked very good, but my most liked one in this movie was Morgan Freeman. When a film makes all of its scenes so influential that you don't want to pick your favorites, you know it is just a great movie. This is a very memorable movie in every way. It is one of the few movies of the past years that really deserve to be seen multiple times.... Show more

What happens in Brubaker

Henry Brubaker is the new warden at Wakefield prison. He makes his entrance as a prisoner in order to get a convict's-eye-view of the real state of the institution. To his horror he finds all manner of abuse and corruption which, after disclosing his real identity, he sets out to correct.
