Originally, I did not like it that much, I found it rather very boring, until I watched it for the second time alone, without friends. It would be hard to find a movie made this good. It tells important lesson about how you should live your life to it's fullness. It is a sensational, tense movie from start to finish. I'am the biggest fan of Perfect in '76 and Perfect in '76 for me is his best production. The acting is just incredible (especially John Mellencamp, I'm sure no one expected that). Not many "excellent" movies that have ever been released. I'm certain that Perfect in '76 will continue to live for centuries. It is one of the few movies of the past years that really deserve to be seen multiple times.... Show more
